Project Genesis

Tweetup is a pioneering online medical application crafted to enhance health and well-being across Bangladesh. This comprehensive app offers a variety of essential healthcare services, including doctor appointment bookings, online medicine purchases, test report access, 24/7 blood facilities, ambulance bookings, and remote diagnosis services. The primary objective was to consolidate all medical services into a single platform, ensuring users can access healthcare conveniently from their home, workplace, or while traveling.

Scoping Out the Project

The objective of building this application was to provide all medical facilities under a single roof. Patients do not need to use multiple applications to book different services such as doctor appointment, medicine purchase, blood facilities, ambulance booking etc.

Facing Challenges Head on

The main challenge faced was onboarding doctors and medical centers, many of whom were reluctant to undergo the registration and

verification process. To overcome this, a dedicated team was established to streamline and manage the onboarding process. This team was

responsible for collecting detailed information from medical professionals, verifying credentials, and manually registering their details on the platform.

Outcome and Feedback

Tweetup successfully achieved its goal of delivering a comprehensive and accessible healthcare solution for users in Bangladesh.

Completed within six months, the project involved a skilled team of UI designers, mobile and web developers, backend developers, quality assurance

engineers, and a project manager. The app has significantly improved healthcare service accessibility and convenience.
