MERN Developer

• Work closely with development teams and product managers to ideate, design, and deliver software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architectures for scalable applications.
• Build visually appealing and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and backend applications.
• Design and develop secure, high-performance backend APIs consumable by web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of frontend and backend systems.
• Build features and applications with mobile-responsive design.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness, stability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and upgrade existing software.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise effective solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve platform capabilities.
• Deploy applications to cloud servers and manage production environments.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Break projects into granular tasks, estimate effort, and identify dependencies.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
• Follow Agile methodologies, including stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
• MCA or relevant practical experience in lieu of formal education.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience developing desktop and mobile web applications.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React (mandatory for MERN).
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience building robust and secure REST APIs.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and Cassandra.
• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Git or other code versioning tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration.
• Experience with WebSockets / Socket.io is a strong plus.
• Experience scaling applications to handle high concurrent users is a big advantage.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent thinking with fast learning capability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
