What’s the Role?

As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts for real-world use cases. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in Ethereum, Solidity, Web3 frameworks and blockchain security best practices.

You will work closely with frontend, backend and AI teams to build secure, scalable and production-grade blockchain solutions across DeFi, GameFi and enterprise use cases.

What Will be Your Responsibilities?

Design, develop and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts using Ethereum/Solidity or other blockchain platforms.
Build secure, scalable and gas-efficient smart contracts, performing audits to prevent vulnerabilities.
Work with Web3 libraries and blockchain protocols to connect dApps with smart contracts.
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain-based functionalities.
Design and implement tokenomics models for DeFi and GameFi applications.
Develop AI-enhanced blockchain solutions, such as fraud detection and intelligent data processing systems.
Ensure blockchain solutions meet security, performance and scalability standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and optimization of smart contracts and dApps.
Integrate blockchain applications with REST APIs, JSON-RPC and blockchain nodes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain, crypto protocols and Web3 technologies.
Maintain clear technical documentation and follow secure development practices.

What’s Required From You?

B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
MCA or relevant practical experience in lieu of formal education

Experience & Technical Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain application development.
Strong proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar frameworks.
Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or BNB Chain.
Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS), cryptography and blockchain data structures.
Experience in smart contract security best practices and vulnerability prevention.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON-RPC and blockchain node integrations.
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync).
Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, Chainlink oracles.
Backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or deployed dApps.
Exposure to AI + Blockchain integrations.
