Process

We first performed extensive market research to deeply understand the core requirements of students when finding any subject matter expert. For that, our team gathered feedback through surveys to identify the pain points and preferences of learners. Then we created various low and high fidelity mockup designs to portray the app's requirements, core features, functionalities, and user expectations to seek approval from the client. Once receiving the approval, we adopted an agile development methodology to accommodate flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements. We consulted with data scientists to develop and refine the matching algorithm by incorporating AI and machine learning techniques.
