Motion Graphic
Designer & Animator

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, games, and product videos.
• Create 2D animations, explainer videos, promotional content, and visual storytelling assets.
• Translate creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging animated visuals.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, game artists, marketing teams, and product stakeholders.
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and basic sound integration.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance, resolution, and platform-specific requirements (web, mobile, social).
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with creative styles where required.
• Incorporate feedback from the Creative Head / Team Lead and internal stakeholders while meeting defined timelines.
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, techniques, and animation styles.
• Follow established workflows, file structures, and version control practices.

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (formal education supported by a strong portfolio).

• Strong command of animation principles: timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, follow-through.
• Expertise in typography, animation, and kinetic text.
• Experience with character animation and motion storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt motion styles across multiple brands and products.
• Experience creating motion assets for games, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Understanding of performance creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and App campaigns.
• Knowledge of UI/UX motion, micro-interactions, and onboarding animations.
• Awareness of gaming trends, casual games, and short-form content formats.
