Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain design documentation on the project
- Designing and prototyping Console-specific UI and HUD elements
- Provide best UI/UX solutions for Console version
- Work in close collaboration with Game Artists and Developers
- Adapting a game for Console input (customization, etc.)
- Gathering common info about a project and bringing main ideas to the team
- Making presentations for the team about a project
- Bring and present improvements and ideas to the team
- Up-to-date knowledge of current online, social, and mobile game best practices.
Qualifications (Required):
- Experience on Game Design position
- Profound Console and PC gaming experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent understanding of gameplay fundamentals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Passionate about game mechanics, accessibility, UI effectiveness, iterative design, playtest.
- Bachelor’s degree required; game design degree a plus!
- Familiarity of mobile and/or social networking technologies is a plus.
- Experience in development of games for one or more of the following platforms (PC, Mobiles, Consoles, Hand held consoles.)
