Job Descriptions:

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Work as the marketing face of Red Apple Technologies Private Limited in the international market.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Hire and develop sales staff
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
  • Identify relevant and appropriate customers in the international market, primarily Europe and the U.S.
  • Well versed with various aspects of a Sales Process from Lead generation, pre-sales, account management, post-sales & support.
  • Reaching monthly targets set by Red Apple Technologies Private Limited.
  • Identify, suggest and develop new business opportunities and creative ideas for customer conversion

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Written & Verbal). Knowledge of additional foreign language(s) will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Mobile Application technologies and trends.
  • Experience of working with Mobile Games &Application Service Providers
  • Should be well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Must have prior experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals from responding to RFPs.
  • Should have the ability to grasp new technologies.
  • Should be a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in development of games for one or more of the following platforms (PC, Mobiles, Consoles, Hand held consoles.)
