Job Descriptions:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Work as the marketing face of Red Apple Technologies Private Limited in the international market.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Hire and develop sales staff
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
- Identify relevant and appropriate customers in the international market, primarily Europe and the U.S.
- Well versed with various aspects of a Sales Process from Lead generation, pre-sales, account management, post-sales & support.
- Reaching monthly targets set by Red Apple Technologies Private Limited.
- Identify, suggest and develop new business opportunities and creative ideas for customer conversion
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Written & Verbal). Knowledge of additional foreign language(s) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the Mobile Application technologies and trends.
- Experience of working with Mobile Games &Application Service Providers
- Should be well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Must have prior experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals from responding to RFPs.
- Should have the ability to grasp new technologies.
- Should be a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in development of games for one or more of the following platforms (PC, Mobiles, Consoles, Hand held consoles.)
